WHAT TO EXPECT
FROM THE MOMENT WE DECIDE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH US ON A PROJECT, WE WILL WORK DILIGENTLY TO ENSURE YOUR PROJECT NEEDS ARE MET AND YOUR EXPECTATIONS ARE EXCEEDED. WE ARE SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST YOUR GLASS DECORATOR. WE WILL WORK ALONGSIDE YOU, GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS, AND ENSURE YOUR TOTAL SATISFACTION WITH THE RESULT.
1. DESIGN
Upon initial contact, we will work with you to bring your vision to life. During this time be sure to be thorough with reviewing/proofing what is sent and upfront about any changes you might want to see made.
2. APPROVAL PROCESS
Upon final approval, a purchase order must be sent. PLEASE NOTE: Any changes, additions, or modifications to a sampling order require a new corresponding proof/sample.
3. PRODUCTION BEGINS
We will now move forward with the project outlined in your purchase order. Your project is extremely important to us and quality is of the highest priority! We will contact you upon project completion so shipment arrangements can be made.
COMMUNICATION TURN-AROUND
We value transparency with our clients so we want to provide you with just that. Below you will find our communication policies and a general guide of our office hours. If you send us an email, you can expect to hear back from us within 24 business hours, which means if you email us on a Friday you can expect to hear from us by the close of business on Monday. We often reply much faster than that, but please keep that in mind if you don’t hear from us right away, we are still very much committed to you and your project.
